Viewers have been obsessed with the lifestyles of Dubai WAGS portrayed through a social media lens on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Now finally, Expat WAGS of Dubai is a series that opens the door and provides a compelling look into the lifestyles and drama of their day to day lives. This exciting new series focuses on the lives and social dynamics of a core group of eight WAGS living in Dubai. Cast members are glamorous women living an affluent lifestyle in their early to mid thirties who have recently moved to Dubai from the I-JK or the USA. The series follows their personal and family lives and especially their interactions with one another. Glamour and drama in abundance is a guarantee!

Marketing & Distribution Strategy

To market the series to broadcasters such as Sky, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, in the UK and comparable broadcasters in the USA and Europe.

To market the series to streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Discovery+, Paramount+, and Apple TV.

To promote the series by partnering with micro social media influencers focused on either glamour, lifestyle, reality TV, Dubai, Drama.

The series will create further interest by actively recruiting new cast member for the second series during the airing of the first series.

Further interest will be created in a social media campaign and a competition to win an all inclusive holiday in Dubai with a brunch party with the cast members.

Expat WAGS & Dubai will promote Dubai's Founding Principals

The series aim to echo Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s defining principals of Dubai onto the world stage.
Series will demonstrate how Dubai has a principal to care for its future generations and how lifestyle and living standards in Dubai are not affected by the fluctuations of regional politics.
The series will promote and display the respectful and tolerant nature of Dubai, and how Dubai is a business- friendly global hub that focuses on creating economic opportunities.
The series will highlight the economic opportunities available to expats if they take Dubai’s hand of friendship and move to Dubai whilst holding good intentions for Dubai and the UAE.
The series will promote the opportunities presented by Dubai and the UAE, and that Dubai s a land of talent, demonstrating how skilled and talented people can create a business in the UAE.

Casting

We are currently casting

We plan to will whip up social media interest pre-production by arranging an open casting in Dubai. We will also identify high profile expat wives and girlfriends by researching into Dubai’s social circles. Candidates will be selected through a three-stage assessment process:
During this final video casting the candidates will be interviewed and also be asked to record a monologue promoting themselves and explaining why they are suitable.

Shooting

The first season will be shot on location in Dubai beginning September 2025 and with some tent pole scenes in various iconic locations across the UAE over the course of around four months beginning October 2025.
The typical field crew for the show will consist of three production crews of around ten people, this crew will include one lead producer, several camera crew, and a sound technician.
Small scenes, such as those centred on just one or two WAGS, will be shot by a single production crew, while multiple crews will cover larger events involving most of the cast.
Every episode will have at least one tent pole event which will bring all of the cast together for a single event filmed against an iconic location.
